Double SAVE THE DATE for today’s date:
- Midnight is the deadline for registering to the Accessible Yoga Training and/or Retreat in Roseto degli Abruzzi , Italy (April 30 to May 02 Training – May 3 to 5 05/05 Retreat).
- Facebook Live at 8 p.m. London time with Jivana Heyman (founder of Yoga Accessible) and Alessandra Uma Cocchi (Europe trainer) on the principles of Accessible Yoga and the two upcoming events. Opportunity to ask live questions by posting in the Facebook chat ,or just follow along without appearing. The event will be broadcast on the ‘Yoga Accessible Italia’ Facebook page at 8 p.m. sharp (9:00 pm Italian time).
We anticipate some clarifications about the two events:
- The Training is reserved to Yoga teachers with at least 200 hours of training, and any individual who is interested, for professional or personal reasons, in learning more about and practicing Accessible Yoga. Requirement: that you are (or have been) a Yoga practitioner (in the latter case please contact us for a brief evaluation).
The Retreat is open to all and sundry: practitioners, teachers, non-practitioners, families and friends. It will be an in-depth time for Yoga teachers, a ‘review’ time for Accessible Yoga teachers, a dedicated practice time for those who love Yoga, and a relaxing time.
