I am happy to share with you an interesting event happening December 2022 online.
RESTORE THE BODY, MIND AND BEYOND • Exploring Where Intergenerational Trauma May Live in Your Body • with SAEEDA HAFIZ
I attended this workshop online through the Integral Yoga Institute in San Francisco. I was very touched, and thought I could invite Saeeda in Italy to offer it again.
This will happen online on SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19th, from 4:30pm GMT for about 2 hours.
Saeeda will speak in English, but there will be a consecutive translation into Italian. The translation will not cover the English, but please consider this.
